By booking a service with Falcon Auto Detailing, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the conditions under which we provide auto detailing services and clarify our responsibilities and limitations of liability. Please read carefully.
1. Limitations of Liability
Falcon Auto Detailing is committed to providing high-quality services, but we are not liable for the following:
Pre-Existing Damage or Wear and Tear
- Damage that existed prior to the service, including:
- Loose or damaged stitching on convertible tops.
- Fading, bubbling, flaking, or peeling paint or clear coat.
- Cracks, chips, or scratches on glass, mirrors, or other surfaces.
- Worn, aged, or brittle materials susceptible to failure during routine cleaning or detailing.
Aging or Fragile Materials
- Vehicles with aging or deteriorated materials (e.g., soft tops, leather upholstery, rubber seals) are prone to damage. Falcon Auto Detailing is not responsible for material failures due to age, fragility, or improper maintenance prior to service.
Aftermarket or Non-OEM Parts
- We are not liable for damage to aftermarket modifications, non-OEM parts, or accessories, including but not limited to:
- Vinyl wraps or decals.
- Custom paint jobs.
- Third-party-installed electronics or enhancements.
Items Left in the Vehicle
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service. Falcon Auto Detailing is not liable for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
2. Convertible Tops
- Due to the delicate nature of convertible tops, Falcon Auto Detailing is not liable for:
- Loose or damaged stitching.
- Rips, tears, or holes caused by wear and tear or aged materials.
- Water leakage or damage caused by pre-existing seal issues.
3. Paint and Coatings
- Falcon Auto Detailing will not be held responsible for:
- Paint or clear coat damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including scratches, chips, or oxidation.
- Damage to ceramic coatings or waxes applied by third parties.
4. Post-Service Disputes
- Any concerns regarding the service must be reported to Falcon Auto Detailing within 24 hours of completion. Reports made after this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
- Customers must provide clear evidence (e.g., photographs) of any claims regarding post-service damage. Without evidence, we are not able to process the claim.
5. Insurance Claims
- In the event of a dispute regarding damage, Falcon Auto Detailing requires the customer to provide:
- Pre-Service Photos: Clear images of the vehicle’s condition prior to the service.
- Service Records: Documentation showing any prior repairs, modifications, or maintenance that may impact the condition of the vehicle.
- Claims cannot be processed without both pre-service photos and service records.
- Falcon Auto Detailing reserves the right to involve our insurance provider for dispute resolution. Our insurance provider will assess the claim and determine liability based on the evidence presented.
6. Assumption of Risk
- By booking a service, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- Older vehicles and those with pre-existing damage are more susceptible to issues during detailing.
- Routine cleaning processes may reveal or worsen hidden imperfections.
7. Agreement to Terms
- By booking a service with Falcon Auto Detailing, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. Booking, payment, or acceptance of service constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
